About Me:  I was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA.  I graduated from Central Dauphin in 1998, went on to Penn State and graduated in 2002, and completed my Masters Degree in Religion in 2007 at Evangelical Theological Seminary in Myerstown, PA.  Since completing my education, I have been blessed to serve God back in my hometown at Linglestown Life.

I have a wonderfully, supportive family in my wife, Kendra, and my kids, Noah, Arabella, and the latest addition, Jonah.  They are growing fast, and I'll do my best to update pictures here to reflect that.

Finally, I serve Linglestown Life as an ordained Deacon.  Here is a link to a description of this newer order in the United Methodist Church and how it differs from other Protestant denominations: What is a Deacon?

About Community Life @ Linglestown Life:  Community life focuses on three areas of ministry here.  First, we want make people feel welcome and at home here at Linglestown Life.  We strive to move people from attendance to partners in mission and ministry.  If this is you, I would encourage you to consider attending one of our Next Steps Towards Discipleship gatherings throughout the year.  Contact me for the date and details for our next one.

Second, we want to grow people in their faith move them towards being a fully devoted disciple of Jesus Christ.  Following Jesus is a start, but being a disciple is our goal here at Linglestown Life.  We want to move you from being a spectator in faith to an investor and doer of faith.  If this is you, perhaps you should consider attending our Exploring Discipleship class and/or our PLACE class.  Again, contact me for the date and details of our next classes.

Third, we want people to feel they are cared for here at Linglestown.  So community life includes visitation ministry, meal ministry, and other congregational care ministries.  While we cannot guarantee we'll be able to handle every need of every person in our community, we guarantee to try.  So if you are in the hospital, if you are recovering at home and need some assistance, we are here for you.  Feel free to once more contact me if you have a need to be cared for!
